The sheet feeder assembly works by picking up the top sheet by a vacuum assisted roller and feeding it up to the gap between blanket and impression roller it is ensured that only one sheet is entered by blowing air through small jets into leading edge of the paper stack which helps the top sheet to float up. The sheet feed assembly has controls to adjust vacuum, air pressure, lift speed. There is also a provision to activate aside support plate and engage automatic lift. There is a control to set initial number of sheets and also to abruptly cut paper supply in case the operator needs to. This is the way where in inks and the sheets are being used simultaneously.
